Bag it up
Clothes, towels and linens go in any bag — kitchen trash bags work fine. Comforters and blankets can come along too. Keep dry-clean-only items out.
We pick it up
With your regular cleaning, or on a day you choose. Your Laundry Pro snaps a photo of the bag so you know it’s with us.
Back the next day
Weighed, washed, dried and folded. Returned to your door with a photo, ready to put away.

Protecting Laundry Pros
A few things we can’t take.
To keep your Laundry Pro safe, please confirm your items do not include:
- Feces or vomit
- Items heavily soaked with urine
- Strong, overwhelming urine odor
- Bugs, mold, or other health hazards
- Large clumps of matted pet hair
If included, a $20 fee may apply, laundry may be returned as-is, and repeated issues could result in account closure. You’ll confirm this when you book.

The short answers.
Do I need to be a cleaning customer?
No. Anyone in our service area can schedule a pickup. If you are a cleaning customer, just leave the bag by the door on your next visit.
How do I pay?
When your laundry is folded you get a text and email with your total and a secure link to pay by card or bank. It’s paid before it comes back — nothing to remember at the door.
How do I know where my laundry is?
Tap “Where’s my laundry?” and enter your mobile number. You’ll see each step, with the pickup and delivery photos.
What about dry cleaning?
We don’t take dry-clean-only items. Everything else — clothes, towels, sheets, comforters — is welcome.
What if I only have one small bag?
Our minimum is 20 lb ($18.00). A full kitchen-size bag is usually 12–15 lb, so two bags or a week’s worth for a couple lands right around the minimum.
Laundry is weighed at our office and billed at $0.90 per pound with a 20 lb minimum. Oversize items are $8.00 each. Add-ons are priced as listed. Dry-clean-only items are not accepted.
